No pro trial extension message

Hi,

we started using Power BI at the beginning of this year. Almost all of my collegues registered Pro by the end of April and were in a 60 day trial during May. Therefor I would expect they all are eligible for the year extension.

I have some users that have seen the message, but were not able to activate the extension. After one time, the message does not appear anymore. They now anly get a message to aupgrade to a paid pro licence.

What can I do to support them?

Please logon https://portal.office.com/account/#home

Then check your PUID and send it to me.

We will check the eligibility and re-send notification.
