Hi,
we started using Power BI at the beginning of this year. Almost all of my collegues registered Pro by the end of April and were in a 60 day trial during May. Therefor I would expect they all are eligible for the year extension.
I have some users that have seen the message, but were not able to activate the extension. After one time, the message does not appear anymore. They now anly get a message to aupgrade to a paid pro licence.
What can I do to support them?
