How do I determine "uncompressed" data size?
Getting the error message:
The amount of uncompressed data on the gateway client has exceeded the limit of 10 GB for a single table. Please consider reducing the use of highly repetitive strings values through normalized keys, removing unused columns, or upgrading to Power BI Premium.

AFAIK, we cannot determine the uncompressed data size, because the refresh request is terminated as soon as the user downloads more than 10 GB of data from their data source in PBI service. So the only thing we're aware is that the uncompressed data size is larger than 10 GB.
To make the refresh works again, reducing the use of highly repetitive, long string values and instead using a normalized key or removing the column (if not in use) will help.
