Hi everybody !

I am the only administrator of my enterprise dashboard. In fact, I work on Power Bi Desktop but after that I want to share my dashboard to 40 employees.

I am aware that I need a license Power Bi Pro for sharing my dashboard which will actualize in real time everyday, but does the 40 employees need a licence to see it ?

You need a Power BI Pro license to share your content, and those you share it with do too, or the content needs to be in a Premium capacity.

Thanks for your answer, but if everybody have .pbix files on his computer with the same gataway and the same server, it could be a solution I think ?

Hi

In this way, everybody has access to the dashboard so you don't need to share a dashboard with them.
