Keeping the Hover Text

When I scroll over some text a helpful little white box appears with some enlarged text.  Unfortunately, this little box goes away after a few seconds.  How do I get this box to stay up there until I take the mouse off of that area of text?

When I scroll over a large body of text this helpful box shows up enlarging the text.  Unfortunately, it goes away after a few seconds.  How do I get this box to stay open until I take the mouse off of that body of text?

I'm not aware of that feature, are you referring to a Tooltip? Perhaps you could use the new Tooltip page feature to achieve this?

There is no setting to alter the duration.
