Impossible to select On-premise data gateway

Hi,

 

I try to use the data gateway deploy but I can't select data gateway for my datasets :

Even if my data gateway is up to date and live :

I have created my gateway, add datasource and test them. All is ok

I don't know how to go further.

Hi @jgervaiseau,

 

Which data sources did you use in the dataset?

 

If there is a data sources which requires oAuth authentication, please try to use on-premise data gateway (personal mode) instead as suggested here currently. 

 

Besides, please make sure data sources created under data gateway match the connection information you defined in Power BI desktop completely. All data sources required gateway need to be created under data gateway as well.

Hi,

 

I have finally found the source of the issue, it was due to  difference between source in the gateway and source in the pbix file.

 

I was'nt using relative link on my pbix datasouce. I have corrected it and it work fine now.

 

I'll suggest an improvment on this part for help to debug, I think it's quite easy to say which datasource  doesn't match with the gateway
