I am trying to create an user account in PowerBi Pro for my company office, but after I typed my corporate email, the system ask to insert the verification code, that was supposedly sent to my email, however I didn't receive the code. I checked my spam box and the eletronic junk box, but there isn't any email from PowerBi with the verification code. How can I proceed?

Can you ensure you input the correct email address? If you use other email address does this issue still appears?
In addition, I'd like to suggest you test with "in private" mode.
