I am trying to connect to VSO from PowerBI Desktop but doesnt load data.

I am trying to connect to VSO from PowerBI Desktop. I get connected and it is stuck at "Preview is evaluating" 
Is this a known issue? 

I see Work Items - Last 30 days and Work Items - Today as my left menu.

I am using team service account name as microsoft.visualstudio.com

Not sure what should be the project and area paths.

Hi @gjadal,

When we use the Visual Studio Team Service connector in Power BI desktop to get data, the parameter Team Service account name and Project are required, Area path is optional. You need to enter project name which you want to get data from in Project parameter. The Area Path you can find follow this article: Customize area and iteration paths.
