Hi all,
I am in the process of introducing power bi to my organisation.
We are a retail business and will have different users of the power bi dashboard (stores, regional managers, operations, finance, exec) and will have dashboards covering the following (sales, stock, customer feedback, logistics, etc).
We will have approx 300 users and are looking at signing up to power bi premium.
I have a few questions:
1) is app workspaces the best way to share the dashboards?
2) what is the best way to structure the app workspaces? Should we just have one app workspace or many? How do we split up the app workspaces?
It would be great if someone can help me with the above questions.
Thanks
Mike

HI @Anonymous,
#1.
I'm not so sure what 'best way' you mean, current power bi contains multiple methods to share:
Share your Power BI dashboards and reports with coworkers and others
#2.
It is same as above, power bi current not contains 'best way' option, these methods suitable for different requirements.
You can choose one of them based on your requirement.
Create and publish apps with dashboards and reports in Power BI
BTW, current power bi not support split app workspace. If you want to know some guide about different products, you can take a look at power bi samples:
What sample data is available to use with Power BI?
