How to resend account verification email

I have a user in my organization who is trying to sign up for PowerBI, but never received the final verification email needed to complete their account registration. It did not get caught in their Spam folder.

Is there a way the account verification email can be resent to them, so their registration can be completed?

Can other users in your organization receive the verification email? Have you contacted your company IT department to see if they have setup some policies to block the email from Power BI? If this user ignores the verification email, can he/she sign in with the account which has not been verified?
