Got an issue where user sees blank dashboards under new invitation share routine for external domain consumers with Pro License account in Trial mode.
Further Information:
It seems users already accessing this dashboard externally (via shared email from microsoft) Can still access content without any issues.
Only new sharing recipents under "new invitation routine" seem to have this problem. I know this as I tried to re-share the same dashboard again to an external domain account and this now this account is also giving the same Q&A page and missing shared dashboard.
Please let us know any further steps I should try to resolve the issue:

Hi @THEG72,
Based on feedback from produce team, it seems like a known issue which will appears when you share dashboard to external pro trial users.
You can refer to below link to know more about this:
Dashboard shared for users outside of organisations is null
Workaround: (at present)
1. Grant the external user a pro license
2. User purchase a pro license
3. Owner remove pro features from the dashboard.
BTW, please do mask sensitive data if your contents contains any privacy data.

HI @THEG72,
Based on your description, it sounds like the issue related to web browser compatibility.
Have you try to submit a support ticket with the trace log as contents to power bi team?

Thanks for your information..
Can you confirm the correct method to share content with external domains that have Power BI Pro.
Do you add them access to the published app? Under the update app option?
or
Do you just share the dashboard like in the past?
