For the past couple of days i've been receiving "Failed to load settings" when trying to access the Schedule Refresh option. Here is the error screen:

The first thing I would check to see if the gateway conneciton was deleted. I have seen this before where the gateway conneciton used to refresh the report/dataset was deleted and this results in the message.
If you re-create the gateway it should fix this issue.
