Error - Gateway service not started

Hello.
In the gateway configuration, the error "The gateway service is not running" is displayed.
But in window services "the on-premises data gateway service" working.


I can not connect to AnalysisServices of Power bi, Help.

I apologize for the bad english

Hi @Egoriy,

 

I recommend you to check below link to check firewall, port and ip list if power bi requests are blocked.
