Hi,

Until yesterday things were fine. I tried to reinstall the on-premises gateway - Enterprise today but received an error saying to install the previous version.

I have uninstalled the previous version from the control panel. Also checked there was no folder available in C Drive. Also used CCleaner to remove temp files.

I am attaching the error image below and also the log file.

Can you restart your server and install it again to see if this issue still persists?

I have installed the gateway in my PC and I just uninstalled the Enterprise gateway and tried installing the new one. I had uninstalled it completely before installing. But it still shows the error. I have even restarted the PC. 

Please help me understand. Should i Delete the Key {0aa34b30-ae8e-4e0d-8ec2-c811ada0aedb} from the registry. Will it Help?

Try opening windows registry and deleting key if exists HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{c4f7130d-0cb2-41d1-bb36-4139dae52b0d}
