Dynamics 365 for Operations - OData - Refresh timout 120Min - Incremental Load - Odata filter

I have power BI Pro licensing and a report is created using OData Dataset from Dynamics 365 for Operations (Retail)

When i refresh report from PowerBI Desktop, it takes abour 2 hours and when published to PBI Service and refreshed from Service, its a timeout error with processing time more than 120Mins.

- How to resolve this issue?

- Is this somthing a limitation of Pro licensing and is upgrade to Premium required?  PBIX file size is 18MB only.

- Is there a way to refresh incrementally instread of ful load?

- Can Odata query filtered before data is loaded by PowerBI?

Thank you.

Hi @ganeshjagtap,

Since the dataset is really small, there could be something wrong outside of Power BI.

1. Can you use a more dedicated connector as below?

Dynamics_365_for_Operations

2. How is the network quantity?

3. Is the Dynamics 365 for Operations on-premises or on-line?

4. Incrementally refresh isn't available for now. Please vote up this idea.

Best Regards,

Dale
