Difference between SSRS 2016 and power bi report server

Dear,

I am bit confused with SSRS 2016 and Power BI report server.

As per my understanding, we can create both paginated and power BI report on both SSRS 2016 and Power BI report server. Both of them are on premise as well.

So what is the main difference between both?
