Difference between 'Open in PowerBI' and 'Get Quick Insights'

What is the exact difference between 'Open in PowerBI' and 'Get Quick Insights'.

I tried both the links. They looked the same.

I had 2 datasets in desktop version. I created a report based on 1 dataset and published.
When opened in web, I was able to see both the tables on the right in fields section.

However in datasets on the left side, I was able to see only 1 dataset on which the report is based

Hi @OjasBI,

Run Quick Insights to generate interesting interactive visualizations based on your data. Compare to "Open in PowerBI",  'Get Quick Insights' provides a more intuitive ways to show dataset. More details, please review this article.

A Dateset include all the data you loaded. When you publish a .pbix file to online, it genarate a dataset inluding all the tables. As you said, you can see the tables on the right in fields section like desktop, and they are in one dataset.

If you have other issues, please feel free to ask.

Best Regards,
Angelia
