Dashboards are not refreshing

Hi all,

I creat a dashboard from a report. When I update data my report and publish to service. I find that in service, my report is updated, but my dashboard is not updated. Although I waitted for more 15 minutes. I try to click "refresh dashboard tiles" also.

Please, advice how the dashboards could be updated regularly and automatically.

Hi @pmhoang94,

I just verified that my dashboards were still refreshing on Power BI Service.

Have you tried re-pining the visualization from your report to the dashboard to see if the refresh works?

If I re-pining the visualization from your report to the dashboard, my dashboard is refreshed.

But I want it refresh auto.

Pinned tiles will hold onto any filter that were in place prior to thier being pinned. Are you changing any filters when you refresh? Date? Week number? Day of year? IF you do, you will have to repin the visual. 

By contrast, pining live pages allows for filters to be changed.
