I noticed there was a new section in the admin portal and unfortunately the "Learn More" link doesn't do anything. Anyone have any clue what this is?

As you mentioned "It is buggy though and will randomly errors on some visuals."? Would you please tell us which visual has errors when upload to admin portal. It would be better if you could share detail information for us to test it.

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft. It appears that this was annouced today as part of the February desktop release. It is buggy though and will randomly errors on some visuals. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Here is an image of where I tried to add a visual from the office store and it gives me an error. As you can see I have added other office store visuals with no problems.

Based on my test today, I'm able to upload the custom visual Box and Whisker chart to admin portal. Please try to download the latest version then test again.

Thanks @v-qiuyu-msft, however now we are seeing a different error. This time with a visual that was created by Microsoft and is on the Microsoft store. Can you assist with this error message? If it is Legacy why would Microsoft still have it on their store?

Hi @bajee,
This functionality gives organizations a place to store trusted visuals so that way users can use them in their report with confidence. Our organization reviews each visual prior to use (since they are 3rd party code) and this streamlines the storage as currently we were posting them on a SharePoint site.
You can also use this if your company develops a custom visual and you want your users to be able to use it and aren't necessarily wanting to release the visual to the Office Store. Maybe the visual is specific to only your company.
