Custom Pin to Dashboard OR Change Navigation of Pin

Hi All,

I am trying to achieve something with no luck.

Will it be possible to either:

1. Attach a custom Visualisation (does not exist in any report) to a Dahboard and create the navigation path on it?

2. Attach a existing Visualisation (does exists in a report) to a Dashbaord and chnage the navigation path on it?

So the purpose of this is to have the Dahbord looking at high level information from multiple Reports. But this high level information is displayed differently in the reports, hence the reason the need to have a custom pin OR ability to chnage Navigation Path of selecting Pin (Dashboard --> Report).

Hopefully this explains what i am trying to achieve.

Thanks All,

@Anonymous You can do many things with visuals and re-directing from a dashboard tile.

1) Create a visual on the report page, filter to your needs, pin it to the dashboard. Delete the visual from the report page. The dashboard tile will still go to the report page that the initial visual came from, and the data will continue to update in the dashboard tile.

2) Create an image Tile on the dashboard. Set the report URL in the custom URL section on the properties of the tile. (Properties can be accessed by clicking the "..." on the upper right of the dashboard tile.

3) Any dashboard tile you have, you can set a custom link on by accessing the Properties of the dashboard tile.
