Connectivity issue of clickdimension

HI,

My requirement is to get the data from 'ClickDimensions' services.

Below link followed to get the connection of ClickDimension:

But I am not able to get the 5th step popup window.

Its not asking me Authentication method and directly its taking me to importing data and its throwing an error.

Kindly let me know how to get the Authentication method popup window (5th step from above link) by that I can pass correct URL and credentials.

@kunkumuriarjun My guess is that it is remebering your credentials from the previous tries you would have done. Can you clear all history, cookies etc from your browser, sign out of power bi and then try.

Hi,

You are right, previous I have tried with some othe credentials but now I want to sign in with other credentials.

I have cleared history,cookies from all browsers, sign out and restarted machine but still not getting authetication pop window.

Still facing same issue. Please need full on this.
