Cant scroll in admin dashboard

I am trying to view the top users with the most dashboards in my PowerBI admin portal. Unfortunately, it looks like the list of users goes longer than the dashboard tile and there's no scroll bar on the tile, just a single scroll for the greater dashboard. Is there any way for me to see this full list?

Thanks!

Hi @srashh,

As guavaq said, current power bi can use audit log to check the dashboard access history, you can try to export and analysis them.

In addition, you can try to use google analytics, but current google analysis only support single url, it not support get the child tiles access history from parent url.

BTW, you can also share an idea about analysis dashboard to ideas forum.

@v-shex-msft- how can I check the audit log if auditing was not turned on? Does it not need to be turned on in order to check the logs on Power BI? I need tis information for the past few months, and I won't be able to gather all of it if I turn auding on now.

Hi @srashh,

If you haven't turn on any analysis function on power bi, it is impossible to get the analytic log. (All of these functions will log the history after turn on them)

Hi @srashh

You are indeed correct that there is no way to scroll.

The only alternative that I can think of is to use the Azure Audit Logs to get all your Power BI Data, which you can export to CSV and then do your analysis that way?

Unfortunately, auditing was not turned on, so that information is not accessible to me at this time. Are there any plans to introduce a scroll bar to this tile?
