Can't create app workspace error 500

I'm trying to create a new App workspace which I have done in the past. But I keep getting the error message:

I've resolved the issue. It was a change in permissions that IT made. Please make the error messages more helpful. PowerBI is part of our Exchange suite of products which means it's admin usage is controlled by IT. But IT does not work with the platform nor fully understand it's usage, etc. If you can provide a system error status code then you should be able to provide more information on what the root cause is.
