I have created multiple reports in Power BI Desktop from the same dataset that feeds from Microsoft Project online server using the ODATA feed function. The reports are going to be shared with people from different departments and access levels. After publishing a few reports I noticed that the user has access to the filters that I placed on the report. That is an issue because it gives access to the user to data that he shouldn't have access.
Is there a way to fix that?
If not what's the easiest way to share my pbix files that contain the reports to the users without having that access level issues?
All my pbix files have the same dataset, only the visuals and the filtering changes according to who is going to see the report.
Thank you!
Sounds like you want to implement Row Level Security. This is a brand new feature recently released for Power BI. Here is documentation on it:

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-admin-rls/#limitations
Indeed, finally Role Level Security (RLS) is enabled on the datasets with a basic UI on the PBI management site. You can use a DAX expression to filter on rows in tables based on role membership of the user. See detailed description at:
