Azure AD Connect in two Office 365 tenants

A company has an Office 365 tenant, with Active Directory synchronized using Azure AD Connect. We have created a new empty Office 365 tenant for Power BI service. How can we achieve that users authenticate using his Active Directory account?

We are not migrating. We want both Office 365 tenants working at the same time.
