All content archived, unable to identify admin or contact support as showing as non pro user

Yesterday everything was working fine, I was able to publish reports using Power BI Desktop. Today I logged into Power BI and all of my content has been archived. Looked on the help pages, this suggests that my 'organization's IT department may choose to take over managing Power BI for users in your organization.' https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-admin-power-bi-archived-workspace/#migrati...

I'm unable to establish who this administrator is and also unable to contact support as my pro licence trial is does not allow me to receive support via a ticket. I tried to pay for a single user licence to enable support but this is not allowed as the organisation has office 365 and the licences are managed centrally. I'm stuck again as I don’t know who the admin is or how to contact them.

This is frustrating as I'm trying to showcase the software within the organisation.

Thanks,

Oli

@jarvis84

You should contact with your IT department of your company directly to find who is the Power BI administrator.

Herbert
