Add guest user of different domain of azure active directory to powerbi workspace

I want to add the user from another domain to my Power BI Workspace. I have added that user to my Azure Active Directory as a Guest User. 

I can't add that domain to a trust relationship with mine and nor add that domain to my tenant.
