When installing Dynamics 365 Sales Solution Template I'm getting the error when validating Scribe connection: "The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required." Yes I have a proxy with authentication, and my domain account has permissions to access it. How do I work around the error?
The problem is the solution template itself cannot deal with the proxy, not Scribe Online on-premise agent. So I could configure the agent to work with the proxy, but the template installer has never made it to the dialog suggesting to install the agent. The resolution was to turn off the proxy. Thanks for your response anyway.
