Simple Requirement

I have a Simple Requirement.

 

From the Data residing the Excel Document Sheet/s, need to run sum filters, do some calculations and then format it to a report (5-6 numbers). This needs to comeout as a report.

 

Please let me know whether this can be done through PowerBI and the steps.
