we dont recognize this user id or password android

Hi,

I am able to sign into the web version of power bi but when i download the android app and try to sign in it says "we dont recognize this user id or password". Anyone know what the deal is here?

I am sorry to hear about the authentication issues you are having using the Android app.

Can you please indicate whether you were trying to log into the Powerbi.com service or to an on-prem PBI-RS machine?

What device type/OS and which app version are you using?
