usage metrics on mobile

I am receiving a few reports from users who are using the app to view reports and dashboards, however, they are not showing up in our usage reporting.  Does PowerBI count the use from mobile devices?

Hi

Thanks for your report

We are not aware of any mobile-related issue in usage metrics.

By design, usage of dashboards/reports through any Power BI native app will show up under “Mobile” slicer. Usage through web browser, regardless of platform, will show up under “Web.”

Can you send us more details including screenshot to our support mail: mpbisup@microsoft.com

Thanks

Yariv

HI @mphillips,

I check on limitation list from document, but it doesn't mentioned 'usage metrics ' feature will remove mobile devices operate history.
I think this issue may related to delay.

Usage metrics for dashboards and reports

Q: The data doesn't seem up-to-date. For example, distribution methods don't show up, report pages are missing, etc.
A: It can take up to 24 hours for data to update.
