problem accessing the file

Hello,

I am having problems opening .docx format file on my iphone 6 using the Word program for ios. I am getting the error message as follows

The file cannot be accessed. 

No problem accessing these files from my iMac though.

Is that only one particular Word file that has a problem, or can you open no Word files at all? You can try more detailed informarion here: word fix online
Just upload the file and reopen it.

I think your issue is more related to IOS app, please post to that forum to get more support.

Can you confirm your device has installed any apps who support docx files.(for e.g. office for ios)
