Hello Power BI Users,
Recently found an issue with the Mobile View.
After modifying the visualization at Report level and repinning it to Dashboard, noticed that one of the visualization was unpinned\missed from Mobile view.
Multiple visualization were repinned on different Dashboards, however single one was missing from
Mobile view.
Can any one highlight if they have faced this or what could be the reason?
Thanks
Hi @Ssingh,
Can you share some detail content of your issue? It is hard to reproduce your issue from your description.
E.g. visual type, operations steps, source type, screenshots...

Xiaoxin Sheng
Hi @v-shex-msft,
Thanks for giving your valualbe time.
Below are steps followed resulting in the scenario along with snapshot:
1. Modified the Gauge visualization at Report, swaped Target and Maximum value.
2. Repinned the Gauge on Dashboard(which already had the same Gauge with former setting).
3. Deleted the older copy of the Gauge and repalced the new on same location.
Now when we check on the Phone view, the Gauge with new setting moves out of the mobile view.
I believe, if the Gauge is visible on Web view, then it should be Present on Phone view too.
FYI,Source system of the data is tabular model.
Please highlight if I am missing on any point.
Thanks
Hi Ssingh,
This is the expected behavior.
Once you pin a new tile to a dashboard or remove a tile from a dashboard you need to update phone view of the dashboard to make sure the changes are reflected properly.
The expected behavior is as follows:
When ading a tile to a dashbaord the tile will not be automatically added to the phone view. It will be added to the right pane and you'll need to pin it to the phone view and move and resize it as needed. We cannot know that you intended the tile to replace a different tile that was there before.
When deleting a tile from the dashboard, it gets deleted from the phone view immediately and the tiles are pulled up if possible.
If you see a diffrent behavior, please let us know.
Thanks,
Gabi
