Unable to access Dashboard and reports from Power BI mobile appp

I am using Lenovo K500 plus, and unable to access dashboard and reports, facing attached error.

Hi @waqar,

As @v-sihou-msft mentioned this is related to “Android System WebView” .

You can  try upgrading your “Android System WebView”  to the latest version:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview&hl=en

This resolved similar issues to other customers.

As the error message said, your corporate SSL certificate is not trusted by your mobile phone. Please verify your certificate trust setting on your mobile phone. Make sure your corporate SSL is added in trusted list.
