Q&A icon doesn't show up in iPad. It does in PowerBI Service

Hi,

I am facing a problem with the iOS app (iPad).

The Q&A icon doesn't show up in the iOS App although same Dashboard has Q&A enabled and working in the PowerBI Service.

This is the setup in PowerBI Service:

SSAS Tabular Live Connection - SSAS 2016 SP1

On-Premises data gateway 14.16.6390.2

Is there any restriction that affects iOS app?

Hi @rpertusa,

I test on power bi mobile(IOS) 13.7 and the Q&A feature still works there, can you provide more detailed information about this issue?

Thanks for the message.

I have found the problem. The iPad Language was set to Spanish, and somehow this is why the icon didn't show up. Setting the iPad main language to English automatically fixed it.

I am not sure if this can be considered as a bug or as a lack of configuration settings in the iOS App.
