We are able to connect with both the browser and app from iOS to Power BI.
We are also able to connect and authenticate using the Edge browser on Win 10 Mobile. But when we try to use the Win 10 app it just hangs after supplying network credentials.
We enter Work or School account, it redirects to another security form. We enter in the user's credentials, then it just spins and spins and spins the 5 scrolling dots and goes nowhere. After about 15 minutes it will error saying unable to establish a connection.

We just released a new app to the store (version 11774).
Can you please upgrade to the new app and then try to re sign-in.
When you do so, please make sure that you have a network connection.
If you are still getting error please write us a to PBIWinAppSup@microsoft.com.

We updated the application from the store, verified we had an internet connection (WiFi) and retested connectivity. Same issue, it does not establish a connection

Can you please tell if you are trying to sign-in while connected to the corp network?
If so, can you also try to sign-in while you are not connected to the corp network.
Your answer will assist us with the investigation of this issue that you experience.

We were only trying while NOT connected to the corporate network.
