Mobile reports not displaying on iphone 6

Hi all.

I have just installed power bi on my managers phone in order to demo some of the mobile reports that i've done. None of these reports will display. Its constantly loading with the power bi icon in the middle of the screen. They show fine on my Pixel android phone and also on our works ipad. 

Any ideas why they wont work on her phone?

Just checked versions of the power bi app and its 13.8 on the ipad and 13.9 on her phone. All power bi reports work fine. Its just the SSRS mobile reports.

can you please specify what is the veison of the SSRS ?

can you verify thet it is still working in the android mobile ?

Hi yes the mobile reports exist on a SQL Server 2016 instance so ssrs 2016. The reports all work fine on Android and on an ipad. The ipad has power bi app version 13.8 and the iphone has what i assume is the latest with 13.9
