Hello everyone,
I have a report user here that is having difficulties with the IOS app on his iPad. Through the IOS App, he opens a report and it partially loads. Halfway through the load process, the entire report goes blank/white. No error messages are displayed. It happens to dashboards shared with him, and reports contained in an App (Premium License). He also has a Pro account.
As a workaround, he tried to use the browser on the iPad (Safari) and halfway through the load, the entire webpage fails and it displays an error message that says “A repeated error occurred when trying to load XXXXX”
I do not experience the same issue on my Android phone, and other users do not report the issue on their IPhones. I’m not sure how to troubleshoot.

According to your description, it sounds like a specific device issue.
In my opinion, I'd like to suggest your submit a ticket or contact to power bi mobile team to report this issue with detailed informations for further support.
