I need exact steps for fxing this problem. I have checked everything I possible could. The report has no data. It has just one number. That's all. Here is how it looks on PC:
On the phone (Lumia 950 XL) it's just a black screen. So what the step are?
Something like restart phone, restart pc, restrat router might help.

Does the black screen occur on a specific report only? Or it show once you open the Power BI Mobile?
I haven't encountered this issue. Please update your Power BI Mobile into latest version and try again.
