Dropdown slicer option not displaying on power bi mobile app

Hi All,

I have published a dashboard to power bi service and it works perfectly fine on desktop and my browsers. However, the slicer dropdowns won't display option on the power bi mobile app. When I click onto the drop down menu, I cannot see any options to select (picture below on the right handside)

I am using the latest ios mobile app and Power BI app September version.

This problem happened before and I wonder if you guys are still encountering now (link as below).

I'm sorry to hear that.

Can you send the actual OS version number and the app version mumber?

Can you share with us the PBIX file in mpbisup@microsoft.com?
