Dashboard not showing in iPhone app

I have created a dashboard and shared it with 2 colleagues. The person who is opening it in Android app can see the dashboard. However, the person who is using iPhone cannot see anything. In iPhone dashboard section the user is seeing - No dashboards yet.

Note : The person using iPhone can see dashboard in his web browser.

Are there any additional settings iPhone users need to do to see shared dashboards?

I am also findinf the same issue on my iPhone please help me also to find solution for this issue

In our case we later found out that the problem we were having was due to it being shared with someone outside our organization and thus he was not able to see the reports.

Dashboards that were shared with a user outside of your organization can not be consumed in the Power BI mobile app but only in the browser.

You can suggest this feature in Power BI Mobile user voice:

Can you please check if the user can see a notifcation of the new dasboard on the notifcation page in the iOS app.
