Dashboard Details not working in iPhone App

If I pull up my dashboard on the web I see total open orders with bars for each pruct line. If I select a bar, the total number will change to the about that product line has open. On my iPhone app I see the total with all the bars but when I select a bar, the phone jumps to a new screen and then is blank. I would like the phone to behave exactly like the web page.

Can you please elaborate on the scenario?

The experience in the mobile app is customized for mobile consumption. If you tap a tile it will go into a focus mode to enable better view of the data. From there you can continue the exploration and open the underling report.

Re- blank page this shouldn't be the case.

Can you share more about the step by step?

What OS and Device you are using?

Dear Romik,

When I you tap a tile it open a new window into a focus mode, and then after I can continue the exploration and open the underling report if I click on the right top buttom. So, to reach the report from the dashboard, I have click twice instead just one click. And for the senior management, I guess it will be not acceptable...

Have you an idea to avoid the double click into power bi apps for Ipad ?

When I tap a tile the windows open into a focus mode and then I continue the exploration and open the underling report. I have to tip two click instead one to into the report. I would like to reach the report directly with one click, specially for the senior management...

Do you have an idea to help me ?
