Cusstom notifiactions on BI Apps

Just beginning to look at Power BI. Would it be possible to create  custom notifications that would appear on the android and apple apps. i.e. not necessarily related to dashboard or data changes. For example  "Wishing a happy birthday to Mary!"

We have 2 types of notifications in Power BI Mobile: to notify you when data in a tile changes beyond limits you set and to notify you when information was shared with you.

At the moment we do not plan to have "custom notifications" as described in your example.
