Background color doesn't work in mobile application

I have put the color in the layout for mobile application in Power BI desktop; however, it's still appears white when I enter from my mobile.

Background color is supported on mobile devices yet background images are not. Did you set a background image? If not, what platform (PowerBI, Report Server) and what device are you using?
