Android POWER BI error

Hello!

I can log on into the Reporting Server on my Android Power BI app, i can see the reports, but when i open the report, i get a "Webpage not available" error. I can view the reports from any computer via the web browser just fine. In the SSRS log i get the following error:

017-05-10 11:50:39.5748|TRACE|Received request GET http://ReportServername/powerbi/mobile?hostType=android&clientType=winApp&disableClientTelemetry=true&language=en-US&explore=1&manifest=OfflineSupport%2FManifestExplore%2Fcache.manifest&isMobileReportsEnabled=1| RequestID = s_064c3709-e420-4a95-95b5-74ddafe3b487
2017-05-10 11:50:39.5748|TRACE|Sending response. Response code 404| RequestID = s_064c3709-e420-4a95-95b5-74ddafe3b487

I tried using the FQDN of the server, as well as the IP, no change.

Thanks!

Hi @dsorescu,

Based on test, I can't reproduce your issue.(On my side, it still keep loading without success)

Does this issue appear on the specify report?  If you use other android device and test again, does it works?

In addition, it will be help if you can share some screenshots or other detail contents of this issue.

Hi @dsorescu,

I test on my side, current I can open the reports.

For your issue, I'd like to suggest you test with below methods to know more about this.

1. Direct to use mobile browser to access the SSRS.
2. Test with other reports.
3. Test with other report servers.

Please let me know the test results.

It is working from my mobile device browser, but not from whitin the app.

Hi @dsorescu,

Have you test on other reporting server? If the issue appears again, it should related to mobile app itself.
