we are using Power-BI App for iOS (V10.2.1). Since App version 11.7 has been released, we cannot connect to our On Premise Reporting Services. Access is denied. Any ideas how to resolve this problem?

we tested the newest version. It doesn't work either.
The problem is very simply described:
On our iphone we have deployed Power-BI, which establishes a connection to our on premise Reporting Services using an app-VPN-tunnel. Versions:
SQL Server 2016 SP1
iOS 10.2 or 10.2.1
Power-Bi 11.6 works, Power-BI 11.7 and Power-BI 11.8 don't work
It's definitly the Power-BI App. What's interesting: If you update the app, you are still able to reach Reporting Services. If you log off and then try to log on, your login is rejected because of wrong user/password :-(

Does your issue like below screenshot displayed?
If this is a case, some of other users already submit a ticket for this issue, I will update here once the issue has been fixed.
