after updating to the november version i got following error message:

"An Error occurred while rendering the report."

Anyone have an idea what to do?

I have cleared the cache already, as in previous threats suggested.

Hi @zoecge,

Does the error occur when you try to open the report or just with visuals after you open the report? Could you show a image? 

Please check if the issue happens to one specific report or all reports? 

Please share desktop trace file around the time issue occurs with us. By default, the location is C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Traces.

it comes everytime I open the report. I also tried to delete al report sheets and just open the data model and the error also appeared.

Does this issue happen to all reports? Are you able to view the report in previous desktop version?

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft, this happens just in this file. The error occured after the update. Now it seems that also the older version have problems with it.

Hi @zoecge,

Perhaps the pbix file is corrupt? If you have published report to service before, you can download it and open in the desktop again.
