power bi - alerts

Al crear darle pin a mi dashboard, queria aplicar el procedimiento de crear Alertas, pero no tiene el iconito, segun el video del procedimiento en : Alertas

Me pueden decir porque o que tengo que realizaR?

What is the visual in your tile here? Please take a look at following comments.

Alerts work for numeric tiles featuring cards and gauges.

Alerts are currently not supported for Bing tiles, or card tiles with date/time measures.

Alerts only work with numeric data types.

Alerts only work on data that is refreshed. They do not work on static data.

I created a new dashboard, chose add tile add added there a card from my Azure Stream Analytics imported dataset (aggregated field Minimum Windspeed). Now when I click the ellipsis I have the same picture as above. There is no alert symbol!
