licensing issue

Guys, I am trying to access our company dashboards and reports but since this weekend it keeps me pushing to a licensing pro screen.. when I sign in, it says I already have a company license and keeps looping...

Any ideas of what is causing this?

You have a company license, but is that a free user or a Pro user license?

The current licensing tier is on a per user basis. So unless your entire company has a subscription to the E5 tier of Office 365, users can have either a free or Pro license.

You can find out your license type by going to the cog icon on the top right of the Power BI service and clicking manage my storage. It will show what type of user you are.

Beginning June 1 2017, free (basic) users will not be able to share or view shared dashboard. Please check your account according to wonga's reply.

If you are actually a free user, you can purchase Power BI Pro for your organization through the Office 365 admin center. Once you have the subscription, you can assign Power BI Pro licenses to the users.

Power BI Pro account is hosted by O365 tenant. If you just use a free account and your organization doesn't use O365 before, you will need to create new O365 tenant.
