Hi there, I have a noticed a recent issue where people are trying to use the export via the Summarized Data and the File Format .csv It says it has a limit of 30,000 rows but on any export it only retrieves the first 300? Can this be investigated please?

Experiencing a metric ton of refresh failures this morning that site intermitent issues. Error message is: Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support. I understand transient issues but I am now at 18 failures. Is there a larger issue? Nothing on the support page.

When you have a slicer which is a Drop Down & the Search window turned the Eraser to remove the filter will remove the filters applied via check boxes, however, The Search window is not cleared. Thus, if you had text in the search window it remains even after the filter has been "erased." This creates confusion with users, because sometimes it is not obvious that the Search Window still has text, which is filtering down the selection of items. Thus, sometimes users think something is wrong because there are items missing even though they have pressed the eraser to remove all filters from the slicer. This is becoming a very big pain point for me.... It is crucial that my colors stay consistent throughout my report, However, the colors will change in the service!! Below image shows what I have set in Desktop. Below shows what is in the Service. Even when I try to re-publish my desktop report. The colors won't match. I have to completely delete the report from my service, then publish. And even then it only lasts a day before the colors are changed. You will notice, it is all the same colors in both charts.... However, they are just taking different priorities.... In Desktop, I have the magenta line as top priority, but in the Service, it doesn't follow that. Please, please, please fix this. There are so many threads about this, that have supposedly been resolved, but the issue is not resolved.

This just started two days ago. When I republish an existing report that already had a subscription on it for many users, the subscription gets deleted and I have to start all over again and set it up. Can you offer assistance please?

Hi, , I am having issues with a dataflow today. I have made some changes to it earlier today and since then it is not returning any entity. During the preview, it is showing correct data but no data is shown when I connect it through Power BI Desktop. The Power BI Desktop query is not showing any entity. This may be linked to the following issues already on the Power BI Support Page: Customers creating a new Dataflow from the Power BI service will see the default setting "Allow combining data from multiple sources" set to true instead of false. As a workaround, customers can uncheck the setting. Engineers are working on a fix and expect it to be deployed by end-of-day 11/22/2019. Thanks Nishant

I noticed that couple of users have posted about having the values in filter pane on service showing in black when using a dark theme, this is preventing from the ability to see the values to be selected.

Hi Everyone Is anyone experiencing slow dataflow refreshes? Since this morning, I have a dataflow that is taking very long to refresh. I haven't edited the dataflow for at least a month and it has been working fine up to now. A simple text-inputed table (4 rows, 2 columns) took 15 minutes to update. Another similar table took 27 minutes to update. Both of these tables are not linked to an external data source and should usually take 30s to refresh. I cancelled the refresh after about 2h30. The dataflow was not even half-way through a refresh that normally takes 20 minutes. I aborted the second attempt at refreshing the dataflow after about an hour and the first table (text-inputed, 3 rows, 2 columns) had not yet refreshed.

I'm unable to successfully update/publish any apps in our tenant. Everything behaves as usual, but after clicking update, the "Publishing app" in progress indicator just spins.. I've attempted in multiple browsers and tested from different IPs with different accounts but no success. I am able to see changes I make to reports in the app after updating, but end users are not. Strangely, end users have indicated that these changes are visible for a moment but quickly revert back to their pre-update state. I had the end users try different browsers and clear caches, etc,. but same results. Example screenshot below shows the first minute after clicking 'Update', but it's still "Publishing" as I post this over an hour later. Misc. Details Region: North Central Premium capacity: No

The August 2020 version of PBI Desktop 2.84.461.0 64-bit (August 2020), corrupts any PBIX that is saved using this version. Once a PBIX is saved, it cannot be opened by this version or any previous version of the PBI Desktop. It says the PBIX is corrupt. Even when I had published to the Service using the August version, where the report is working fine; if I then download the report on the Service to a PBIX, that PBIX will not be able to be opened by any version of the PBI Desktop always indicating the report is corrupt. I had to re-install the July version of the PBI Desktop to avoid this issue.

In Table view, right-clicking the table in the central area and choosing Copy or Copy Table doesn't do anything. Nothing is copied.

We regularly use the GetAppUsersAsAdmin API endpoint to obtain a list of users that have access to an App. With the new App experience and addition of 'Audiences' , is there or will there be a way to differentiate which users belong to which audience, because currently we just see a list of all users for the app regardless of the audience they belong to?

We have a reports that are published as app. The page navigation is set to dark blue and it was working fine (visually and functionality wise) last week. Today, all of our apps are greyed out almost half of the page navigation (see attached pic below wherein until #18 its good but grey starts from 19 onwards). When clicked, the page still opens and work but its causing panic and alarm as the color is different than expected. Any ideas whats causing this issue?

Over the past couple of days a number of our users are experience issues where a Power BI reprot in a published app is not loading visuals until the web browser is refreshed. These are reports which have been used daily for months with no loading issues until this week.

The following never happened before November 2021 update. Afther the update, while I'm working with a report page, some text elements randomly (e.g. when another visual selected) changes visible font size to minimal. Then (after some clicks on the page visuals) back to normal. It happenes at least with the following: card visual data label, line and stacked column chart axis Y (both, left and right). The problem probably related to the fact that all visuals on the page are grouped into groups (on the Selection pane).

I am using the free, out-of-the-box ESRI ArcGIS map visual. I built this visual last year and had no trouble., so this isnt an RTFM situation. I opened the PBIX and the visual looks like it reset to defaults. Ok, stuff happens so I reconfigured it. Well, after saving and going back to the page with the visual, the defaults appear again. So, now, I have to publish the report (other changes were made) with an ESRI map that looks different because I cant preserve my changes. I'm going to guess I am the only person on the planet seeing this issue, but I'd figure I would reach out take a shot. TIA Power BI Frustration Level: HIGH

Hello, I have a Dropdown slicer on my page and I've created two bookmarks. When I switch to another bookmark - then suddenly my slicer switches to a List instead of Dropdown. And it stays like this even if I return to an original bookmark. I have triple-checked that I have created the bookmarks when the slicer was in Dropdown mode. Anyone has suggestions, please?
