Hi @shatha ,

Sorry I wasn't able to reproduce your problem, are you using a custom visual? Does the problem only appear on this one report ?
If you recreate a simple demo for testing, would you be able to reproduce the issue?

Best regards.

Hi @atman

So what you are saying is that when the time in your script is correct and your local machine is in a UTC+01 timezone or above , you will get a correct result . Or the date in slicer is incorrect , right ?

Hi @DeviAnusha ,

I failed to understand your meaning, please correct me if I misunderstood your needs.
The problem you are experiencing is that the authentication keeps popping up even though the credentials have been configured?

Hi @cash-marie ,

Based on the error information you provided, the information I found that may be relevant in causing the error is"PowerBI model scheduled refresh is disabled for model with id 7454107".

It looks like there is some sort of model-triggered error. Please check the power query in the power bi desktop, is there a query error?

Hi @ThiagoDuarte

You connect to Power BI dataset in Data Hub Items and then create a report with the dataset , then you publish the report to Service , it doesn't work , right ?

What is the data source of your original dataset ? For your new report , the data source is dataset , so you don't need a gateway for your new report .  You can edit credentials in dataset settings .

Hi @GDT

Do all reports open with this problem, or is there a specified one that opens with a problem ? Can you open the report normally before ? Have you made any changes ?

Hi @AndreiaCassanha ,

Please try:

1. Download and install latest ODAC from oracle as listed .
2. Uninstall all Power BI application/s installed via MS Store previously
3. Go to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/ , choose Advanced download options(do NOT install via MS Store!) , then download x64/x86 as applicable and install.

Hi @patoduck ,

If you want to use R visual in power bi desktop, you need to notice the following requirements and limitations:

Hi @dmilimo ,

You can try to reconnect to the data source by clicking on "data source settings", it may be that the data source credentials are wrong.

Hi @rohanpujaris ,

Looking at the error message, which shows "PowerBI Not Authorized Exception ", this appears to be an authentication error issue. Firstly note the permissions required to use the API statement as shown below :

vmengzhumsft_0-1667372455159.png

Secondly make sure that the relevant ids you have entered are correct.

Finally you need to make sure that the members of your group have power bi accounts.
